Chair: Richard Dodson (ICRAR/UWA)
The function of this meeting is to develop Korean and Australian collaboration on the opportunities associated with the multiple next-generation telescopes being built (SKA-Low, SKA-Mid, ngVLA). We have selected 8 topics for sessions, which represent our judgment of the best options. Break out meetings in the second room, to discuss other ideas which we have missed are welcome.
Each session is organised by the chairs to best address the question. The chairs will contribute a short report at the end of the discussion and suggest the best few projects to investigate. The ICRAR attendees are staying on for another week to solidify these projects. These will then be investigated for the next few months.
The next meeting (which is nominally on the side of the APRIM conference in Perth) will review the progress and form a 3-year plan from the best projects.
