Registration

Registration Deadline: September 15, 2023. Registration will remain open until the limit of 100 people is full. However, please be aware that those wishing to give a talk must register by September 15th. Please fill in the right form to register.

Please note:

• There is no registration fee to attend the conference.

• Conference Banquet:
  A banquet is planned for Nov 2 (Thurs) at the conference hotel. A diverse menu catering to various preferences, including vegetarian options, will be available. The fee is 80,000 KRW, payable with either your credit card or cash at the registration desk. Please indicate your interest in the registration site for head counting. We can provide a receipt on the site if needed. 

• Excursion:
  If there is enough interest (e.g., > 10 people), we would love to organize a tour of the Korean VLBI Network (KVN) in Jeju, tentatively on Nov 1 (Wed). Given its 30-person limit and its location (~10 km from the venue), a bus will be arranged which will cost around 20,000 KRW per person (also payable with either your credit card or cash but no receipt). To make a plan in advance, please indicate your interest when you register.
